The breakfast had plenty of options and included fresh products. The front desk team showed great kindness while dealing with operational issues. I appreciated their attention to detail. Every request was handled efficiently.
The room felt a little outdated with its amenities. the restaurant did not stand out. I found better dining options in the vicinity of the hotel. The menu could use some fresh inspiration.

The hotel is near the central train station and duomo. It is within walking distance. metro and tram stations are close too. the staff was friendly and accommodating. i found a great pizza restaurant less than 4 minutes away.. it was very convenient. the room was spacious and clean.
The room was simple and felt a bit outdated. the bathroom was difficult, as it was nearly impossible to keep water in the shower. the makeup mirror did not stay upright. I could not use it. the toilet paper was on the far side of the bidet.

the room included two separate beds. the room size was adequate, providing enough space to move around comfortably. there was a small writing desk with a chair next to a big window.

breakfast included an omelette station and classic options. the gym featured three treadmills and two stationary bikes, awesome for diverse workouts. the hotel provided a parking garage with multiple levels below ground.
